These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and its services, including identity verification and authentication tools (the “Services”). Accounts and Obligations

Services offer EU-compliant identity tools with objective (e.g., accuracy per eIDAS) and subjective (user expectations) conformity criteria (Art. 8). Modifications notified with withdrawal rights (Art. 19); burden of proof shifts to us after 1 year for non-conformity claims (Art. 12).
